Boot from CD to restore /usr filesystem

Hi all, I have to restore my /usr file system from our 4MM tape.. I need
the steps to boot from the CD, then run vrestore....

AT console logged in as root.

1) init s - to boot into single user mode

2) insert CD then execute what command??
