This problem is normally down to a duplex problem.
Not so in this case, here it seems to be a simple overload problem :(
Upgrading the card to 100Mb has got rid of the collisions, but leads me to
a new problem...
Even with the 100mb card our FTP performance is terrible, even under the
simplest of network configurations (FTP Server -> 100Mb FD switch ->
Client) we only see 60kb/s transfer rates and its very 'bursty'
I don't think this can be an FTP daemon problem (wuftpd v 2.6) as using
loopback works OK...
Any help would be much appreciated!
