How to identify DE500 version of tu0 cards.

As far as I know there are problems with fdx on old
DE500-AA cards.
How do I identify what revision of DE500 is installed in an
Alpha Machine running V50
This should be done without opening the case of the machine.
(DE500-AA have an 21140 chip and DE500-BA have the 21143 chip and
are PCIRev. 2.1 compliant.)
