help-me can´t delete a volume on asemgr

Hi managers,

I need delete a volume into dB instance but i can´t.

The error message is " PD_xxx_:/dev/rzc16c" is duplicate node. And after i
receive a stack overflow.

I have AS2100/DU4.0E patch kit 3.

The volumes were deleted in LSM configuration before be retired on ase.
Created again but unsuccessfully updated. The message appear again.

Note.: If I want delete a disk. the operation occurrs normally.
The problem is only the volumes mount in to lsm.
