Hello,
Our new Server running Compaq Tru64 4.0F Unix has several partition with 'advfs'
filsystems. It refuses to have this partions mounted by our Linux (Suse
6.0) clients.
After invoking somewhat like this on the Linux machine:
' mount -t nfs -o soft server:/part1 /mnt/server '
the error message is like this:
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on server:/part1,
or too many mounted file systems
The same Linux computer has no problems to mount 'ufs' filesystems from an
other server.
So the questionis:
Is there a way to mount 'advfs' via nfs?
Thanks,
Harald
