How to verify NIC speed after change

We have a system we want to change from 10baseT half-duplex to
100baseT full-duplex. We can do it from ifconfig, but how can we confirm
this without rebooting and checking boot log?

This is DU4.0f, on a GS140.

TIA for any quick info - we need to do this in next 1/2 hour.
