Okay, so I overlooked something obvious. The problem is that the default
route is bound to nic A. So now I just have to figure out if there's any
way to have the default route bound to both nic's. My guess is that you
can't do it. After all, that's what ether-channel is for.

Subject: multiple nic question
I have a GS140 running 4.0f. It has two nic's configured with seperate
ip's (not using NetRAIN), A and B. I can ping both ip's from a remote
host. If I disconnect B, I can ping A but not B. If I disconnect A, a
can't ping A or B. Is there a 'primary' interface that has to be up or
something?
