[Q] CAM SCSI Disk errors.

System is DPW600au running TU 4.0F.

We're getting errors regularly from the system disk (4.3GB).
This holds root (UFS), primary swap and an AdvFs domain containing
/usr and another filesystem.

There are two types of error reported:

   bbr_start: Transient error at block number: 5680653

and

   bbr_start: Device auto-reassigned block at block number: 8251054
    
The block numbers are always different.

Full dia output for an example of each type of error is below
 
Does this indicate a problem with the disk?
