Moving Enhanced Security Files from 4.0e to 4.0f

What is the easiest way to move a C2 architecture from one DU4.0e kit1 (2100) to
a DU4.0f kit3 (GS140) machine?

Would it help to upgrade the 2100 to 4.0f kit3? What is the dir structure to be
copied? The GS140 is not currently in use.
