Hello!
I'm trying to configure a local printer (LaserJet 1100, but also tried a
LJIII) on an XP900 Alpha Station, running Tru64 rel. 4.0.F, using
"printconfig" on the CDE, but when I check the status I get a message like
this:
"Waiting for device lp0 to become available (offline?)"
I'm using /dev/lp0 but I also tried to use the serial port /dev/tty00, one
could see all the jobs being queued, but nothing comes out.
Is there something else I should check? its fresh out the box.
