Believe it or not, butr we had exactly this same problem this morning
before our weekly full backup. After a restart of NSR, we couldn't mount
our tape anymore because it 'was not idle'.
Further investigation showed that a job named 'nsrck', was still running,
actually from the time when we swapped tapes the day before.
After we killed that job, we could manually restart the backup.
So our problem seems to be reduced to the question why this nsrck job was
(still) running.
Anybody any idea ???
