Compaq Tru64 Ver. 5.0 Users Illegal PID

I have upgraded to Tru 64 Version 5.0 and now none of the users can access the system. They can log in but when they try to use commands such as whoami we get "Intruder Alert" but when they use "who am i" executes correctly. Accessing our database environment they get "Illegal PID" and all locks up.Compaq Tru64 Ver. 5.0 Users Illegal PID
