gv-3.5.8 / Xaw3d

Dear Managers,

I tried to compile gv-3.5.8 (a ghostscript frontend based on ghostview 1.5).
The compile complains about missing Xaw3d header files.

Where can I find them? And the Xaw3d library?
Anyone out there who had successfully compiled the program?

My OS is Digital UNIX V4.0F + PK3
