Thanks to everyone that took a minute and responded!

Most people recommend "Digital UNIX System Administrator's Guide" by Matthew
Cheek.

2nd most popular response was to view the online docs available from DECPaq.

I didn't mention it, but I wanted a printed book so I could sit down and
read it away from the computer.
