Alternative method of install?

I am having a terrible time getting the srm to boot the Tru64 install CD
(boot returns an error about invalid stack) so I am looking for an
alternative method of install. This is happening using the Toshiba 5702b
that came with the unit. I get "No media is present or is disabled via the
RUN/STOP" messages.

I tried an old Toshiba XM-3301TA I had laying around, but I don't think SRM
is happy with the mix of different device types (at least this is what I
read from searching news posts on deja.com)

So I have another question: I have a Windows 2000 Server on the LAN and I
have a Solaris 7 (x86) workstation on the LAN.

Is there any way to perform a remote boot & install from either of these?
If yes, could someone point me to a how-to or a faq that covers the steps in
detail?
