Concensus is to install the subset OSFKTOOLS4xx

The kdebug daemon is optional software. If you don't use it and don't
expect to ever use it, you could remove that line. It is, however, a
normal part of the system installation and was put there "at the factory"
as part of the standard product.
You can learn more about the kdebug facility in the "Kernel Debugging"
book, part of the documentation materials.
