        Sorry I forgot to mention Thomas M. Payerle who says
kdebugd is something related to kernel debugging, I would suspect. See
man ikdebug.

Having the line in inetd.conf pointing to a non-existing dameon binary is
a misconfiguration. Not sure how serious, but I would remove--- certainly
would not be losing functionality (kdebug service won't run now anyway),
and
will be securing a potential hole. (Ie, if someone could stick there own
code in as /usr/sbin/kdebugd, it will run as root effectively giving them
root access to the machine. Of course, putting something in /usr/sbin
should
be rather hard anyway, so is probably not that serious. But fixing it is
a
lot simpler than worrying about its potential seriousness and doesn't
break
anything, so fix it).
