where is HSZTERM?

Hi all,

Can somebody tell me where the HSZTERM tool is on the CDroms? We have a
version 4.0F installed.

I read that it can be found as a "SWA11A" subdirectory somewhere on either
"shared products CD II" or "CD III". There seems to be no CD III in our set
of CDs, and I looked on CDII but did not find it. Did I miss it or is it
named differently?
