I am loading an ES40 with 4 cpus and 6G memory for
approx 10 minutes.
The system shows 0% cpu idle during this 10 min period.
I thought if there is 0% ilde, then there is no more
cpu resources for other programs, but during this period
I can still run other programs without any problems.
ANy idea?
