Upgrade to 4.0F, problem with LSM, rootdg cannot be imported

I was upgrading Digital Unix 4.0E to Tru64Unix 4.0F, but when booting to
/genvmunix, when the system tries to start LSM (/ and /usr are mirrored with
it), the system reports (due bus renumbering whatever) #Error in disk
configuration copies" and "rootdg cannot be imported during boot".
