When I do uerf -R -r 300 | more I get the following!

_10BaseT (UTP) port: half duplex
So from this info I can see that my network cards are set to half duplex,
true? Also if I halt the system and do a show, will this be the same
setting there????? To change this setting, I can do:
>>> set <device_name) full duplex
