We've got several printers which seem to run fine on a long term basis with
little or no maintenance.
The problem is an HP Laserjet 5si with a JetDirect network
card. Frequently the printer queue hangs (at "least" once or twice a week)
and an lpc abort and lpc up takes care of it. Any ideas what would make
this happen?
Any suggestions for an unattended way to see a hung queue and restart it?
