Problems running Oracle Applications 11.0.3 on Tru64 4.0G

The core question is has anyone successfully gotten the Report Review Agent
functionality of Oracle Financial Applications v.11.0.3 running on Tru64
4.0G? If so, were there any special steps you had to take?

We are in the process of upgrading from 4.0D to 4.0G on our Oracle
Applications server. All functionality of the application works fine on
4.0D. However, when we upgrade to 4.0G, one part of the architecture no
longer works. This is the Report Review Agent (or RRA), which allows users
to view concurrent manager logs and output files (concurrent manager is the
Oracle Apps batch scheduler). We have been working with Oracle technical
support for a week to try to resolve this problem, but with no success.
We have even dropped back to backups and re-performed the upgrade, but get
the same results.

The Oracle products involved are the RDBMS 8.0.5.2.1, Forms Server 4.5
patchset 10, Oracle Application Server 3.0.2, and Oracle Financial
Applications v.11.0.3. We can verify correct setup of tnsnames.ora,
listener.ora, and application profile settings.

Oracle claims this all works on 4.0G, but can't verify by trying it on a
4.0G box because they don't have one available. Has anyone else seen this
work?
