Upgrade/Installupdate.

We were doing an installupdate from 4.0D Patch Kit6 to 4.0F last night and
we were unable to do it.

Each time we tried it would tell us we didn't have enough space (4024) on
/.

I cleaned everything I could find off the root drive (core files, deleted
PreUpdate files, temp files). I even moved genvmunix to a different mount
and still not enough room each time.

> df -t ufs -k
Filesystem 1024-blocks Used Available Capacity Mounted on
/dev/rz0a 63311 44549 12430 79% /
/dev/rz0g 1935426 643366 1098517 37% /usr

I've tried removing all subsets I don't need, but /usr looks like it has
plenty. I am doing something wrong so do I really need that much more
space in /. If I can't figure it out I'm just going to try a fresh
install instead of the installupdate.

Any advice is appreciated.
