SUMMARY: Script not running from rc2.d upon reboot

Thanks to all who responded (too many to list). Most gave the correct fix,
which is that it should be located in /sbin/rc3.d instead of /sbin/rc2.d.
Unfortunately, the vendor's instructions said to put it in /sbin/rc2.d, and
not knowing Digital Unix very well and since rc2.d is where other Unix
version have it, I assumed their instructions were correct. Thanks again
