Using Compaq Insight Manager under 4.0f

Hello,

We've got an AlphaServer 4100 and an AlphaServer 8200 (with the GS60 CPU
upgrade). Both had been running 4.0d and were upgraded to 4.0f using
installupdate. I am able access Insight Manager on both servers using
http://machinename:2301, but when I connect to them using the NT version of
Insight Manager, the 8200 shows up as "Inaccessible". Also, the "System
Board" section of the "Configuration Summary" is "unknown" on the 8200.

What do I need to do to be able to view the 8200 via the NT version of
Insight Manager? (I've selected the 8200 using the "select using Static IP"
option, this is the same thing I did for the 4100 and it worked for the
4100.) The web interface is OK, but I'd prefer to be able to manage/monitor
both our NT & Tru64 boxes from one window instead of having to open the
browser for this one Tru64 box.

Both boxes are running Tru64 4.0f and Oracle 7.3.4. The only extra software
on the 4100 is that it also is running a Samba Share to our NT Domain. Is
this what is making the difference?

Thanks,

John Losey
