SUMMARY: password and group files are currently locked by another user

Thanks to all who responded.
The problem was that a previous session of dxaccounts crashed and left the
lock file:

/etc/.AM_is_running.

Since I removed it, all commands works fine.

It is allready in the FAQ ! -> Sorry
