When attempting to convert from BASE to ENHANCED security using
'secconfig', it aborts with the following error (presumably from
'convuser');
PUTPRPWNAM: root: Function not implemented
The machine was previously ENHANCED but was switched back to BASE using
'secconfig'. Perhaps some garbage needs to be cleared up but I can't find
any useful clues. Pertinent suggestions will be gratefully received.
