Problem with 4.0G system recognizing disk size

All:

I am running 4.0g on a DS10. This system originally had a 9GB Compaq drive
with 4.0f installed. Our vendor replaced this drive with an 18GB Seagate
drive and installed 4.0g from the cd. When I run diskconfig, it shows the
total space on the drive as 9GB. How do I find the other 9GB that seems to
be missing? Is there some other utility that I can run to recover this
space?

Thanks,

Dawn
