DRD on TruCluster V1.6

Hi Managers,
 
I have to setup an V1.6 Cluster two member system. One member will be
application the other is Informix.
Informix uses disc's raw. Can I make a DRD service working without having an
memory channel connection
and is there a need for a quorum disc in V1.6?
