Add locale setting

Hello to everyone,


When i issue the command 'locale -a' i get:

POSIX
en_US.ISO8859-1

And 'locale' i get:

LANG=
LC_COLLATE="C"
LC_CTYPE="C"
LC_MONETARY="C"
LC_NUMERIC="C"
LC_TIME="C"
LC_MESSAGES="C"
LC_ALL=

I need to add the Portuguese locale setting to display and to print correctly accentuated caracteres.
It will be usefull to install ht://dig, the www search engine.

How can i add the Portuguese locale setting to my system. I'm using Tru64 4.0f.
