Great list, as always!

I missed one subset from the OS cd. As Dr. Tom Blinn pointed:
---------
It should be on the base OS cd media, as one of the optional subsets.
Put your base OS cdrom disk 1 into the CDROM reader, mount it on some
handy mount point (lets assume it's mounted on /cdrom), and then use
the setld utility to see that optional subsets are not loaded on your
system:
# mount -r /dev/rz<unit>c /cdrom
# setld -l /cdrom
Or use "setld -i" to get a list of all the subsets that were available
to your system at installation time:
# setld -i
and look for "Single-Byte European Locales (System Administration)" or
something like that. It's probably not installed on your system. If
it is installed, you just need to configure it.

Subject: Add locale setting
Hello to everyone,
When i issue the command 'locale -a' i get:
POSIX
en_US.ISO8859-1
And 'locale' i get:
LANG=
LC_COLLATE="C"
LC_CTYPE="C"
LC_MONETARY="C"
LC_NUMERIC="C"
LC_TIME="C"
LC_MESSAGES="C"
LC_ALL=
I need to add the Portuguese locale setting to display and to print
correctly accentuated caracteres.
It will be usefull to install ht://dig, the www search engine.
How can i add the Portuguese locale setting to my system. I'm using Tru64
4.0f.
TIA.
Regards,
Manuel Monteiro
