Changing telnet banner

        Hi admins,

        How can I change the welcome banner used with telned ?

        If I do a connexion to an Alpha with telnet
        I want to change "Digital UNIX (alpha.name) (ttyp7)"
        with another string before /etc/motd.

        Any Idea
