Now I have a disk group, how to get to a mirror?

I'm trying to lay out a plan to encapsulate 3 existing disks with
data, add them to a disk group "userdg" containing 3 empty disks,
and then use the empty disks to mirror the existing disks. This
has to happen at 4:00 a.m. tomorrow morning, so I'd like to have
my duckies in a row prior to then!

So far, I have the 3 empty disks in LSM, in userdg, as userdg01,
userdg02, and userdg03, and the following commands lined up:

voldiskadd rz3 \
voldiskadd rz26 -(these will all go in userdg as userdg04/5/6)
voldiskadd rz27 /
vol-reconfig

The question is, how to proceed from here?
I'm not clear on how to create "volumes" that contain these newly
encapsulated LSM disks, so that I can then add the empty LSM
disks to the volumes as mirrors.

Can some kind soul sketch out a framework for this? I've been poring
through the online docs, but I'm just not seeing.

Huge TIA!
