Tcp Wrappers and hostname/ip mismatch...

Hello...

  I'm using 5.0a and tcp_wrappers. Things work fine, except for this
instance: A user is trying to telnet/ftp into my box from eastmansoftware.com
and is getting denied/bounced by tcpd. Log files are showing:

Oct 2 11:48:35 saturn telnetd[360244]: warning: host name/address mismatch: 32.
97.148.1 != eastmansoftware.com
Oct 2 11:48:35 saturn telnetd[360244]: refused connect from 32.97.148.1

  I know that their lan is translating the private ip to this one (32.97.148.1).
Can that be messing this up? Doing a nslookup of eastmansoftware.com
yields 32.97.148.5, but a lookup of 32.97.148.1 yields eastmansoftware.com!

  Is this a DNS error on their part? If so, any pointers I could send
them to fix this? It appears that there are dup'd entries?

  Thanks for the help...
