SUMMARY: lpr segfault tru64 5.1

Thanks to all who replied. I had an abbreviated printcap entry
since I was sending files to a print server, which filtered the
files and then sent them on to the printer. Filling out the
printcap entry so it looked standard stopped the segmentation
faults. (i.e. I added the lp, mx, and lf lines back into the
printcap entry)
