Discrepency in v5.1 Update Kit

Has anyone else noticed that the "Read This First" document (AV-RHETC-TE) in
the v5.1 release kit lists the OSIS CD but what got shipped was the Open
Source Software Collection?

Did anyone actuall get the Open Source Internet Solutions CD with their v5.1
update kit?
