properly on node 2. It's now forming a cluster.

Thanks to Corinne Haesaerts for suggesting things to
check.

Original Question:

>ES40 Firmware 5.8-43 Memory Channel - Virtual Mode

>I'm building a V5.0a cluster and have built the O.S.
>disk, then the cluster disk, and created the first
>member. I booted the first member successfully and then
>added the second member. When I try to boot the second
>node it gets as far as adding the node into the cluster
>and then fails with the following msg:

>CNX MGR: cannot form: quorum disk in use

>It keeps repeating this until I halt the system. I
>tried taking down the first member and then the second
>node does get added into the cluster with the quorum
>disk and then fails with the following msg:

>Warning: cfs_perform_glroot_mount: cfs_mountroot_local
>failed to mount the cluster root fs with error =6

>Each member and quorum disk has 1 vote. I checked the
>memory channel and the jumpers are both set to 512mb.
