Redundant Power Supply has Failed.

Appreciate any ideas on the following:

We have an Alpha 4000 running DU4.0D PK 6.
Every so often we get a broadcast message as follows,

        Broadcast Message from root_at_tweed (???) at 21:30 ...

        Redundant Power Supply has failed.

The thing is we do not have redundant power supplies in this box.

Is envmond generating this message ?

Any ideas on how to stop this happening.
