Many thanks to you sharp eyed admins who spotted my mistake right away,
including
Tyler Hall, John Speno, Howard Arnold and Larry Clegg.

Here is the text from Tyler:

Since your volume size and your df output match ( 53128704 /2 = 26564352 )
volume size in 512b blocks, df output in k,
It looks like you made your striped volume too small.. the disks are
35564040b in length, yet you are only using half that size.. try remaking
your stripe volumes, and use the correct size. It looks like you put in
53128704, when you should have put in 106692096 - This size is not just 2 *
53128704, it is calculated for the correct stripe width of 128 across 3
disks

Thanks again,

Darryl Milczarek
