Interrupts, I/O addresses - how to check which device is usig what ?

Hello, Tru64 UNIX managers !!

 I`ve searched through the documentation and I still don`t know how to
find out which device on the system is using which system resources.
This is the output of 'uname -a' command ran on my system:

OSF1 nt.u.lodz.pl V5.0 1094 alpha

It is ALPHAstation 500

Please, help...
