All or part of device nexus information (bus/target/lun) is NOT setup!

HI all,

I try to erase the tape and issue following:
#mt erase
this error show:
/dev/nrmt0h erase 1 failed: No such device or address
I try to alternative command
scu> mt erase
scu: All or part of device nexus information (bus/target/lun) is NOT
setup!.

I use follow command to see nexus

scu> show nexus
Device: , Bus: 255, Target: 255, Lun: 0, Type: not present

pls help
