I should have made it clear that it is to do with Printer Management APIs which does not seem to exist.
What I wanted to do is remove print queues and their respective error file and spool subdirectory, etc...
I ended up writing a shell script and do a bit a manipulation with the printcap file to remove error file and and spool directory and so far does what I want to do.
