UPDATE: Can I break a mirror without getting cut?

Thanks to Howard E. Arnold, Jeff Beck, and alan_at_nabeth.cxo.dec.com.
They boosted my confidence as they acknowledged that it shouldn't have any
negative impact

I went ahead an ran the volplex -o rm dis oracle-02 and
then created a new volume 'test' which contains the
three subdisks as members of the new 'test-01' plex and
successfully started the volume. However, when I try to
mount the volume, it fails thus:

# mount -t advfs u06test#u06 /u06
Cannot read last block (106692119) of virtual disk /dev/vol/oracledg/test

Mounting fileset in read-only mode.

How do I overcome this error so the fileset can be rw?

Below is all the details of the setup, and following that is the original
question.
