The DEGPA-SA network card is supported in Tru64 Ver5.0A there was no
need to load any drivers for it. It was pointed out that loading the
OSFHWBASE4?? subset on a Ver5.0A would probably break it.
I did look through the relase notes for Ver 4.0F, Ver 5.0 and Ver 5.0A
and couldn't find any reference to this card, that is why I tried to
load the drivers. Nor was it clear from the docs that cam with the
card.
