Hi folks.
I have a small technical question about our mailing list. I have started using
Netscape 6.0 on Win98 and it lloks relatively OK (if I forgive for a few
occasional failures :-)).
When I try to reply to message that comes through the list I run into a problem.
Now before you start yelling "serves you right", etc., bare with me. The problem
is in one of the headers that seams to be set by MajorDomo, "Followup-To: poster".
This version of Netscape's messanger tries to send a reply to "Newsgroup:
poster" because of that field.
Is this normal? For what it's worth, old Netscape 4.76 worked OK with it. What
is the defined purpose of that field? Should I mail Netscape?
Nix.
