SUMMARY: Crash: Free Vnode Isn't

All of the replies that I got agreed that this was a probable error in the
kernel code. One reply mentioned that a specific patch for this error on
Tru64 4.0D and 4.0F may be available from Compaq service. All the replies
suggested logging a service call.
