Network Crossover Cable Question

I'm in the process of making a cross-over cable. The pinouts I have.

I see that for 10BT there is only switching of 1,2,3, & 6
and for the 100BT 4,5,7 & 8 join in on the fun

Then I found a site that for a 10/100BT to use the 10BT pinout.

Is 4 5 7 8 used in 100BT? I'm going to be going from a 10/100BT
switched hub to a 10BT hub, the 10/100BT hub is an autosense but the 10BT
is strictly 10BT

Should I switch 4 5 7 & 8 or just switch 1,2,3 & 6 ?

Or is 4 5 7 & 8 for the half/full duplexing?

Oh, this is for a 2100 system running 3.2c
