Subject: Strange Tru64 Networking Issue

I have a .. what I consider.. strange networking issue with Tru64 5.1.

I get 100Mbit performance from 2 linux boxes from any other type of box.. ..
like Windows, Solaris etc. HOWEVER.. when I attempt to ftp a file from them
using a Tru64 box..i get MISERABLE speeds. Like 20/K a second.

Now before you say duplex.. I checked that.. duplex is fine. To top the
madness off I can ftp between any Alpha at 100mbit speeds but not to any NT
or Linux hosts.

If you have any ideas.. feel free to help me out :)
