Win2k Password Sync?

We run multiple TRU64 boxes, from Version 4.0x to 5.0x... Is there
anyway to sync passwords between our Windows 2000 Domain and any one of
these TRU64 boxes? If the version is a problem, the newest version we
have running is V5.0.
